Just like today's automobile, the average home computer user usually doesn't have the time or inclination to conduct their own maintenance of the computer. Often times the sentiment is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." However, when the computer unexpectedly fails, that attitude, just like with a car, winds up costing the owner far more to repair, especially in if valulable or irreplaceable files are lost

Annual Home Computer Maintenance Plan

We have designed a set of Preventive Maintenance Service Plans to help prevent catastrophic situations.

Level One Home Computer Service Plan

This basic plan provides four annual visits (once per quarter) to perform:
Complete hardware diagnostics
Clean and defragment all hard disk drives
Scan the Windows Registry
Install any Service Packs

Level Two Home Computer Service Plan
This advanced service plan provides 4 annual visits (once per quarter) to perform:
All of the Level One services
Automatic remote monitoring by Bird Dog Systems and pro-active response by us
2 Free Emergency or Additional Service Calls per year ([emergency or “after hours”?])
